We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was a bit outside the center, but we loved the peaceful surroundings by the hills and stream. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the private onsen in our room. We could fully enjoy the view of the hotel's surrounding area while relaxing in the onsen. The cleanliness of the room and hotel were top-notch, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Can't think of anything.

The hotel is located in a tranquil area with beautiful views of the mountains. The staff provided excellent service, with a warm welcome and help with luggage. The facilities provided were thorough and well thought out, with plenty of toiletry selections for guests. The open-air bath was a wonderful and relaxing experience.
The food provided at the hotel was not suitable for those who do not enjoy Japanese cuisine, with limited options. The cost of the hotel was quite expensive for what was offered.

The two complementary facts offered were very nice, however, some aspects really disappointed me. the location was very convenient and easy to get to, which was advantageous. the room was very cozy and the view from the balcony was breathtaking.
the food offered was very basic and not up to my standards.

Arriving at this hotel was like entering a magical world; it has exclusive amenities such as personal onsens in every room and a beautiful bar/lounge area. the location is perfect, surrounded by mountains and streams that create an idyllic atmosphere. the service was top-notch, and the staff made sure to cater to our every need. the room advantages are beyond belief, with spacious bedrooms and impeccable traditional Japanese decor.
Although everything was perfect, one minor issue we encountered was the presence of insects outside the hotel, especially at night. it was only a minor inconvenience and was endurable to me.
